Ok guys, so after getting some decent in depth discussion going on sanos bag work thread regarding knees. And a ton of great information being shared on the cuban boxing thread. I am hoping we can get something similar going with the knee, and we can all combine and share our knowledge on the knee and hopefully everyone can learn a thing or two. Anyone here uses bovada as their betting site on iOS?

I usually use bovada on my iOS and for some reason, out of nowhere, every fuckin time I tap on "login" it keeps refreshing the fuckin page and I'm not even tapping on the refresh button. Literally out of nowhere it started doing this. Good thing is my account is still safe but I just can't login into it. Only solution I have is atm is by updating my iOS SE to 10.0.

Police officers in Crafton, Pennsylvania, arrested a 52-year-old black man, Robbie Sanderson, for shoplifting at a CVS in September of 2016. He called them Nazis, skinheads, and Gestapo as they cuffed him.

I can’t tell if I like him or not.



He makes Urijah Cody and TJ look really bad so he’s obviously not a dumb guy.


He does seek to be a pretty well rounded fighter, maybe one of the most well rounded of all time.
