Bellator did fight night weigh-ins tonight. The results are interesting & should be done everywhere

The commission is recommending anyone who comes in over 10% should have to move up a weight class. I don't agree with that part, but it should be factored in with other things such as a fighter missing weight. Either way here are all the fighters thursday official weigh in to fight night weight adjustments.

Ilima-Lei Macfarlane (125 to 137 = 9.5%) def. Alejandra Lara (124.6 to 138 = 10.6%)
Saad Awad (159.8 to 172.8 = 8.1%) def....

Trump has a habit of shaking people's hand in a violent, yanking manner to assert his dominance.

Hey there, I am an amateur martial artist. I have aspirations of a fighting professionally, to test myself and gather experience before moving into coaching/gym ownership.
I am 25, which I know is a bit old for combat sports. I have been training off and on in various martial arts, since the age of 15. Just finished Wolfenstein: New Colossus

Yea yea, took me a while. But considering how painful new Wolfensteins are its beggars belief.

One man army games lost their charm or just game companies cant recreate something as simple as RTCW. I dont enjoy shooting in new Wolfenstein at all, too artificial, too cartoonish, too futuristic. Feels like Doom.

Get back to roots for fucking ONCE. Slow paced shooters with a bit of mystery twist to it, realistic shooting, just like RTCW. How come games of the past are better than what we got...

Random "crash" during the day

Doesnt happen every day. Sometimes it can happen multiple times a day. I will suddenly mentally and physically crash, were I dont feel great and I also become incredibly bored and fatigued. Like one moment I will feel great, and for seemingly no reason 30 minutes later I will feel like I've been up for 30 hours and have had a horrible few days.

I'm thinking adrenal fatigue?
