Um, hello. I'm here with my new training log.
Background: I'm in the Air Force and I do computer stuff. With me having taken my pt test last week, I thought it is time that I finally start a dedicated weightlifting program, and I chose Stronglifts. This is my first time following a dedicated program, before I just did whatever with no coherent organization.
Weight:140 lb.
Height: 66 inches, so 5 feet and 6 inches.
Goals: Build some muscle.

Number and type of car accidents you have been in
Inspired by the crash caught on film thread.
I have been driving for almost 30 years and have never been in a wreck. I have had several close calls and most were not my fault, but generally speaking, I'm an excellent driver, appropriately aggressive when necessary, keep my cars in good operating condition and I learn my lessons.
My last ticket was almost exactly 10 years ago and that really changed how fast I drive.
So how about you?

Commercials
This is unbearable. Anik announces the next fight, then commercial, then Anik announces the same fight again, then back to commercial. This shit is why I don’t watch NFL anymore. Does anybody else find the commercials excessive and almost like they are cramming every possible airspace with ads? Like, no commentary, opinion, or interviews. Just a quick promo by Anik and back to the same repetitive ads. I’m torrenting post-fight from now on.
