It is time for me to start a log. I have been training for a long time but never been consistent. Took time off because of injurys or I was fucking around with bro splits and got nothing done. I did starting strength, 531 and Greyskull LP. Most of the programs where done on a cut because I would let myself get a little fat when I wasn't training.
