For me, it is a piercing on the septum or just the nose, and beneath the nose/above the top lip (idk how you call it).

Also a tattoo in a private area, like beneath the chest, or down below. My girlfriend was thinking about a tattoo beneath the chest, I had to convince her that it's ugly af.
