Joe Rogan just called Cain the best HW of all time LOL

Just now at the UFC 200 press conference. What exactly is he basing that off of? Cain isnt even top 5 best HW of all time.

Is that Rogan just shilling for the UFC or is he on drugs? Could easily be both.
