what kind of vehicle should i get?

Alrighty, I'm looking to spend around a max of 40k-45k (could go over that if i really fall in love with a vehicle) on my next vehicle and so far im down to a range rover evoque or maybe an Audi A5 coupe, so any recommendations on which one or even if you have a good recommendation I'm all ears.

I don't like BMWs, Cadis, or Mercedes and I'm not going to buy a used luxury car due to unknowns and expired warranty
