Hey guys, first post on this forum, hopefully I'm putting this post in the right section, if not I do apologize.
Just some background. I'm 32 years old I have absolutely zero fight training experience. I don't work out, I do work in construction so I am constantly on my feet but I don't consider this staying in shape per say, I guess it still better than being behind a desk. I find the thought of just lifting weights boring as hell so I was never motivated to make an effort there. MMA...
