Right, and everytime I talk to someone who's in their 40's, 50's, and 60's and complains that they can't train with weights because it's too dangerous, I'll just show this article to them.

Women of old age need weight training the most because they are more susceptible to osteoporosis, and weight training has shown to increase bone density, strengthen ligaments and muscles....
