Why is Sherdog becoming CNN/FOX?

Has anyone noticed? Anytime news, of any scale, is released, people start their threads with "BREAKING?"

UFC 196 has had breaking news lately.

Matchups like Maia/Brown and Ferguson/Khabib are good news, but not BREAKING.
