I have had a major craving for a cheeseburger so I decided to pick up some 85/15 ground beef (no clue what cuts of meat) from the store. I've also got some wheat buns from the bakery, NY Buffalo sauce peppered Cheddar cheese, and some applewood smoked bacon.
I have access to both my oven/stove top and my propane grill, but I was contemplating trying to steam a burger. I will probably put a fried egg on top and might mix some spices or something in with the beef.
