Near maximal lifts 3+ days a week

Hey guys,

Will I destroy my body by training with 90% of my max on each core lift 3 days a week? I've gotten bored with 5 3 1 and started a 3 day per week program, benching and deadlifting on one day and squatting/pressing on another, with some accessory work mixed in. I usually work up to a 1-3 rep max each day on each lift. My brain tells me this is stupid but I'm seeing decent results in both strength and appearance.
